What we collect

Your email (for login), minimal pseudonymised session metadata, and the requests needed to serve search and listing details.

Why we collect it

To authenticate your account, serve results, investigate abuse, and reply to support.

Waitlist

If you ask us to tell you about the launch, we keep your email, the language of the page, and the date and version of this policy you accepted. We only use it to write to you when the platform opens. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep it until we have told you about the launch and for 12 months at most, or until you unsubscribe.

Source data and predictions

Listings come from approved external sources and are stored as persisted records in Supabase. Predictions are generated offline and are guidance, not guarantees.

Valuation addresses and maps

The closed valuation beta asks for a property address. It stays in your browser session for this flow and is only sent to Google Maps after you choose to display the map.

Retention and access

We keep operational logs and pipeline history only as long as needed to run the service and investigate failures or abuse. For account help or deletion requests, contact support below.

Service providers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact email below. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
